New Apostolic Reformation (NAR) - part 1

(If you have trouble playing the video, above, click on this link to watch it on YouTube.)

The New Apostolic Reformation (NAR) is an already very large and still rapidly growing network of individuals and religious organizations which are associated, under the NAR umbrella, for the purpose of . . . well, would you believe me if I said their goal is to rule the world?  But don't take my word for it.  In the above video (16 minutes), you can listen to C. Peter Wagner, 'founder' and CEO (as in 'head-honcho') of the NAR, express that objective in no uncertain terms; as he describes what he calls, the "Dominion Mandate."

This series is not intended to be an example of investigative journalism exposing the inner secrets of the NAR.  Rather, I intend to show how that the NAR is a very important "movement," concerning which every true Christian ought to be knowledgeable.  It is important, because of the central role that "movement" has lately (the past two decades) played in the great Apostasy that is bringing ruin to the Church in America and around the world.  How important is the NAR, in terms of its actual and potential influence?  I'll let professor Wagner (ex-professor of Church Growth, at Fuller Theological Seminary) tell you in his own words:
"It will surprise some to know that the NAR embraces the largest non-Catholic segment of world Christianity. It is also the fastest growing segment, the only segment of Christianity currently growing faster than the world population and faster than Islam."  (link to source)
What Wagner means by "embraces," I cannot really say.  Yet my experience researching the NAR thus far (over the course of several years), suggests that Wagner's intimation is not an empty boast.  The above video concludes with Wagner emphasizing that the NAR aims to control "vast amounts of...wealth."  And it does appear that NAR's 'change-agents' have their hands in practically every substantial enterprise involving religious activities, especially, in the United States.

In this part 1 of the series, I want to stress the fundamental importance to that "movement," of what Wagner calls, in the video, the Dominion Mandate (also called Dominion Theology, Dominionism, Kingdom Now, or Reconstructionism).  Dominionism (as I refer to that) is the underlying philosophy of everyone associated with the NAR.  That fact is singularly significant.  For, it is prima facie evidence that all those who are affiliated with the NAR -- are heretics and apostates.

It is possible to extract a number of isolated building blocks from Scripture, wherewith to cobble together a philosophy of Dominionism, but only by distortion (I want also to say by extortion).  No careful reading of the text of Scripture would lead an honest-minded person to believe that Dominionism represents God's will or program for this Age.  (As the bulk of the above video is given to explain Dominionism - though not exhaustively, I will not reiterate those concepts here.)  Those who are spiritually-minded (in the Biblical sense), will understand that there are strong demonic forces behind every perversion of Scripture.  Dominionism is no exception to that rule.

One would think that the NAR would be very open concerning that network's organization and operations -- especially in view of the NAR's claim to be (according to Wagner) the world's largest "Christian" organization second only to Catholicism.  But that would be a mistake so to think.  In fact, the NAR is cloaked in a great deal of secrecy; as we soon shall see, in upcoming posts. . . .
