On Monday, April 27, 2020, a twelve-member "conservative caucus" of Ohio state Representatives released a document titled, "Open Ohio Responsibly Framework" (link to full document, HERE). As you read thru the following critique of that proposal, I'd like you to keep in mind that the "Framework" document represents the thinking ~ not of Leftwing radicals, but of a caucus representing Ohio "conservatives".The best way to critique the Framework document is to do a point-by-point analysis. I do not intend to reproduce the entire four-page Framework document, however; but, only of certain portions of that. I strongly encourage those of you who may be interested, to read the full text, which you can access via the above-provided link. In the following analysis, I will reproduce the text itself (or portions thereof) in blue color. My comments appear in black color.

GUIDING PRINCIPLES
1. Based on current data, scientific application and actual results, we believe a responsible opening of all businesses can, and should, begin on or before May 1st, 2020
As a matter of fact, "current data, scientific application and actual results" clearly prove that a massive HOAX continues to be perpetrated upon the citizens of Ohio. Why then should we wait another day ~ much less another week, to open Ohio's businesses? Granted, the text states, "...on or before..."; but such language is very weak, at best. Which is VERY IMPORTANT. For, given the gravity of the situation now confronting us; not to mention the existential threat we face in the very near future, if this crisis may be allowed to grind Ohioans to powder: given the severity of this case, weak language ~ intended to oppose tyrannical government policies, demonstrates the weakness of the opposition to such policies. What the Framework's authors should have stated, instead, is, that Ohioans have been subjected to a massive HOAX (not a hoax virus, but a hoax "pandemic"): THEREFORE, all Ohio businesses should open immediately.
2. We respect past concerns . . . .
3. We respect and greatly appreciate . . . .
The Framework's authors have promoted their document as a "plan" whereby to re-open Ohio businesses. Such language as above, which appears largely throughout that document, however, entails nothing resembling a "plan". It is, rather, so much political pablum ~ which, again, demonstrates the weakness of the conservative caucus's proposal, the Framework document.
4. We believe the COVID-19 virus is a real threat and especially problematic for the more vulnerable, the elderly and immune-compromised people. We should continue our measures to protect this population as well as those who are infected with COVID-19.
HUGELY problematic language! Firstly, simply conceding that COVID-19 "is a real threat" ~ without qualifying or further explaining the true nature of that threat, plays right into the hands of those who want to perpetuate the hoax of a pandemic and the fear attaching to that.
Far more problematic, however, is the statement: "We should continue our measures to protect this population as well as those who are infected with COVID-19". In other words, the Framework's authors urge that we should maintain the status quo! "Continue our measures" means, 'keep on doing what we've been doing until now'!
The language of the text, in fact, urges that something even worse "should" be done in the future, namely: The state of Ohio "should ... protect ... those who are infected with COVID-19" !
A rapidly growing body of scientific data indicates that vast numbers of people have been infected with that virus ~ yet, without any significant adverse effects or outcomes (96-98% have full recovery). So, what do such (infected) persons need to be "protected" from? Such a "plan", suggested by the conservative caucus members, would require that EVERY Ohioan must first be tested for infection: before that the state could then "protect" those who would thus be found to be infected. The conservative caucus has thus (unwittingly?) urged that a MANDATORY TESTING REGIME "should" be instituted.
And just what would that "protection" entail? Registration in a database? Wearing some kind of identifying device? Forced immunizations? What?!
How do you go about to "protect" those who are already infected? Do you intend to compel all such to be hospitalized? quarantined? But quarantine has NO EFFECT to "protect" one who is already infected. The only reasonable conclusion is that whatever may be intended to "protect" infected persons, in fact would be aimed at protecting the as yet non-infected population.
Such is the actual meaning and implications ~ whether intended or not ~ of the conservative caucus's text. Which is but one of the IMPORTANT reasons why I rejected their proposal.
5. We believe . . .
6. We believe . . .
7. We respect . . .
More pablum. This is NOT a plan. It is fluff. Worse, such phrases are tokens of acquiescence , if not of submission.
8. Many [Ohio] businesses have already modified their operating protocols to safely function in this current environment. Business/organizations recognize if they do not make it safe for their employees and customers, they will not come back.
The first part of the above quoted text gives SUPPORT to the idea ~ as well as to the de facto condition ~ not only that Ohio business owners have "modified their operating protocols" but, furthermore, that ALL Ohio businesses OUGHT so to do! Moreover, such modifications, according to the conservative caucus, OUGHT to be designed so as to "safely function in this CURRENT environment": meaning, that ALL Ohio businesses OUGHT to modify their business operations with a view to COMPLY with draconian measures that have lately been IMPOSED upon business owners, by means of a massive FRAUD.
9. We respect . . .
10. Many people will choose.... We respect their choices . . .
11. We believe . . .
12. We believe . . .
I suppose I should be thankful that for every four or five of their points, there is only one actual recommendation of theirs.
CONCEPT OF OPERATIONS
1. The Governor will assign Strategic Guidelines for Implementation to local governing bodies including County Commissioners and County Health Boards.
Just when I thought it couldn't get worse.... "The Governor" is in fact THE PROBLEM. DeWine has acted very much the tyrant. So, let's go ahead and accede still more political power to him! Let's allow him, in fact, to extend the reach of his de facto dictatorship, by empowering a vast, local bureaucracy of minions who will enforce his fiats. "Conservative" caucus?
2. Best practices . . . can be shared via the Governor's task force.
You can bet your house, your car, and your kids' future, that such "practices" will be "shared" with all Ohioans, via the Governor's task force(s).
3. Intent is to provide Ohioans more personal control over their local epidemic prevention actions. This will:
- Increase public involvement in community epidemic preventative actions
- Generate personal initiative and ownership in generating effective prevention
- Create a sense of hope and proactive behavior in our communities
Let me explain. The above text (point #3) states that the "intent is to provide Ohioans MORE personal control", etc.. More ~ than what? More than we had before this fear-mongering began? No. But, in context, it means 'more than what we NOW have by reason of our lately being kept under a condition resembling house arrest. In other words, we used to be at position A. They used a false-flag to move us to position C ~ in order to make us willing to embrace position B.
Moreover, such phrases as above stated, namely: "Increase public involvement"; "Generate personal initiate and ownership"; and, "Create...proactive behavior": ALL of those embody COMMUNISTIC philosophy. Some would say, "Communitarian". Same thing.
OTHER RECOMMENDED COVID-19 RELATED PRECAUTIONARY GUIDELINES
1. If anyone falls within the "more susceptible" profile [elderly, immune-compromised], they are STRONGLY encouraged to stay at home.
Throughout this essay, I have not added any emphasis to the Framework text. Their own emphases indicate what is most important to themselves, in their own document.
Above, the conservative caucus members want elderly and immuno-compromised persons to STAY AT HOME ~ regardless of whether they may be sick, or not! The caucus's "Plan" for getting Ohio back on its feet thus involves putting ALL elderly and immuno-compromised persons UNDER PERMANENT QUARANTINE.
2. Anyone with a fever can be refused entry and should be advised to seek medical advise immediately.
Because, we have become a society of Kindergartners who, thankfully, are cared for at every step by a Nanny-State.
"Anyone with a fever can be refused entry". Hmm. There are at least scores ~ if not hundreds ~ of different causes of "fever". Nevertheless, the conservative caucus is willing to "refuse entry" on the basis of fever, alone. And just how, do they imagine, shall it be determined whether or not ANYONE may have a fever? We are back, again, to a regime of MANDATORY TESTING. Only, in this application, such testing may occur upon every single visit to every single store, statewide.
3. Social distancing should be practiced.
Forever.
4. All businesses/organizations are encouraged to implement ongoing sanitization and cleansing. Businesses/organizations are advised to work with local authorities if guidance is needed.
After all, business owners may not know anything about how to sweep and mop floors, or to wipe down counters, etc.. They doubtless will need the "guidance" of "local authorities" ~ in the new Socialist State.
5. If you feel sick, stay home . . . .
The Framework document might have been three pages instead of four ~ but for the inclusion of such, uncommon wisdom as above. Did I say, "pablum"?
6. If you are an older person . . . stay home and stay away from other people.
Given that kind of thinking: How long before the fearful and selfish may be willing to endorse a pogrom involving mandatory euthanasia of ALL ELDERLY? Read the above text, again. And again! Come on, one more time: "If you are an older person.., stay home and stay away from other people". Remember, this is Ohio's "conservative caucus" that has "worked for several days" (according to one of their members) to put together such inane ~ indeed, dangerous! ~ ideas.
7. If someone in your household has tested positive keep the entire household at home.
Right there is a great reason NOT to submit oneself to testing! Recall, that a very high percentage of Ohioans, it is now known, have been infected with Coronavirus; yet, far and away the vast majority of them have (had) little or no symptoms! Nevertheless, if you may be one of the unlucky ones who, for whatever reason (including legitimate ones) may have tested positive; in that case, you are now being TOLD to "keep the entire household at home". Never mind that for every one person who has tested positive, there are at least another hundred or more who, though likewise infected, yet they have never been tested; they are thus free to move around at will. Oh . . . that is, until the conservative caucus's mandatory testing regime (earlier discussed) gets to work.
8. Work or study from home whenever possible.
Did I say it might have been three pages? Uh, two, maybe....
9. Always practice good hygiene . . .
One. One page. I'm sure of it. It would in fact have been much clearer to read and understand its import.

I do honestly suppose that the dozen or so members of the "conservative caucus" who drafted the "Open Ohio Responsibly Framework" document, had good intentions. Even so, the result of their effort is worse than if they had produced no such document at all. I did (rather late, as it happened) put forth a mighty effort to communicate with one member of that caucus; though I was at that time unaware they were preparing any such document.
Notwithstanding their presumed good intentions; it is abundantly apparent that the Framework document was composed by persons whose minds are evidently captivated by fear related to some illusory "pandemic". Even if that may not be true of every member of that caucus; it is nevertheless true that that document is replete with political pandering of the worst kind. We are at war for the very soul of this nation! This is not a game we are playing at. Given the REAL nature of the present crisis and the unspeakably high stakes involved in its outcome: political two-stepping is abhorrent in the extreme! ("We believe.... "We respect.... "Always practice good hygiene".) The multitudinous enemies of godliness and of true liberty are hell-bent on destroying every vestige of America's erstwhile Judeo-Christian heritage ~ to which heritage we owe every freedom once enjoyed by Ohio's citizens.
Doubtless some will say, "It's better than doing nothing at all". I couldn't disagree more. By putting forward such a weakly-worded and ill-conceived defense against real tyranny, and that by some who are supposed to represent, in official capacity, the People of Ohio: has the psychological effect not to withstand against but, rather, to STRENGTHEN the tyrannical power.
Another result, too (of the absence of a truly well developed "plan" whereby to restore Ohioans former liberties; accompanied by a bold rebuke of this government's ongoing abuses) may be that whatsoever public protests are likely to ensue, shall be WITHOUT any substantive, MORAL underpinning. Such protests will certainly then be portrayed, by enemies of truth, as mere expressions of "discontent", and examples of growing "social unrest". Which ~ as I explained in my most recent HJ post, is EXACTLY what "they" want to happen.

If this is the best we can hope for, from Ohio's "conservative" Representatives, we are in grave danger (politically). Now, more than ever before, we must have Revival in America.
