Democrats are Revolutionaries

What does it mean to be a "Democrat"?  It is first of all important to note that individuals are "Democrats" by choice: they knowingly choose to align themselves with certain ideas and policies that are espoused by leaders of the Democratic Party.  Thus, a Democrat is one who embraces and supports a certain set of ideas.  But we can probe even deeper to understand what is a Democrat.  For, whatever ideas may be identified with the Democratic Party, those particular ideas can and should in turn be identified, on a more fundamental level, with a certain worldview.

So, what is the nature of that worldview  which is the Foundation  ~ not of the Democratic Party as such, but of the  lives of those individuals  who choose to embrace those ideas and policies espoused by leaders of the Democratic Party?

This image appearing at the head of this post, is a photo of Tom Perez, Chairman of the Democratic National Committee (DNC).  He obviously wants everyone to know what he stands for; he wears it as a sort of badge of honor.  "LGBT" is not a political philosophy.  Nor is it an economic one.  Rather, "LGBT" is about one thing, namely, sexual 'freedom'.  But freedom ~ from what?  The LGBT Movement (and by extension, the Democratic Party), is about "freedom" ~ that is to say, freedom from the rule of law.

Few people in America, today, are aware that, until very recently in U.S. history, homosexuality (as well as other forms of sexual perversion) was expressly forbidden and  was harshly punishable, by law, in all fifty States.  Within the space of a single generation, the LGBT Movement turned those laws on their head, so to speak, such that the law ~ in all of those same fifty States ~ now serves to punish those who dare to speak out against the very behaviors that used to be forbidden.

Many will argue that civilization is thus making progress in the realm of human rights.  And who is to say that that is not actually the case?  Ultimately, there is only one who can speak with absolute authority, concerning that question: that is, God.  The facts prove ~ as it has been abundantly demonstrated by many different historians and authors, that American society and government was indeed founded essentially upon Biblical principles of morality.  At the most fundamental level, the former laws prohibiting sexual immorality (including adultery, incest, pedophilia, bestiality and, yes, homosexuality) were derived from, as well as they were predicated upon, widespread (in America) acceptance of the AUTHORITY of the Word of God.

In other words, the worldview that, until recently, served as the Foundation for American society, was Biblical Christianity.  The platform of the Democratic Party is in every way a reaction against that Foundation.  The LGBT Movement represents but one, important aspect of the Democratic Party's revolutionary agenda.  It is not the case that Democrats stand for sexual freedom, merely.  No.  But the freedom they desire is FREEDOM FROM THE AUTHORITY OF GOD's WORD.

Not only is it true that God's Word was the Cornerstone of America's Founding principles.  Moreover, the Bible was the Foundation of what once was called, "Western Civilization."  Therefore,
The Democratic Party ~
in league with supporters of the LGBT Movement,
seeks to overthrow the remaining vestiges not only of American society
but, furthermore, of what once was known as
Western Civilization.

The objection is often raised: Why should anyone care about someone else's love life?  Or the related question having to do with privacy, is often put forth as the objection: Who has any right to interfere with what other people do privately?  But such objections, in light of a right understanding of the true nature of human existence (as that is revealed in the Bible, together with implications derived therefrom), are seen to be expressions either of ignorance of God's Word or, worse, outright rebellion against the same.

At all times in the past, homosexual behavior was nearly impossible to be kept strictly secret.  In modern times, there is little if any attempt to do so; which makes moot the related question involving privacy.  Only with respect to Christian society does the question of sexual "immorality" have any real meaning or significance.  Which explains why it is that contemporary American society has shifted to a critical mass favoring acceptance of an increasingly diverse spectrum of sexual proclivities: because, America is now far removed from being anything like a genuinely Christian nation.

In fact, Democrats, universally, are revolutionaries.  Though few, really, are willing to say just exactly what it is that Democrats (together with a majority of Republicans and so-called Independents) are revolting against.  But, now, I've said it.

I'll leave it to you, dear Reader, to draw out the many, profoundly important implications of that....  Though I will deal with just one such implication, namely: Is it possible that one can be a Christian and also a Democrat?  Lest Republicans should smugly assume their moral superiority; it should also be asked whether one can be a Christian and also a Republican: in view of the fact that the Republican Party ~ notwithstanding it has lately been by far the predominant political power in America, has continued to maintain support both for abortion as well as for various forms of sexual immorality.

Those who are serious about their professed Christianity, need to take very careful stock of the reality, in the sight of God.

P.S.:  I just came across the following news item, after I had published this my essay:

(source: click here)

"James Dobson, founder of Focus on the Family and the James Dobson Family Institute, warned just days ago the Democrats’ proposed Equality Act in Congress is a bad deal for the nation.
“Make no mistake – the so-called Equality Act is nothing but a thinly veiled attempt to finish off religious liberty in America once and for all, which ought to be plainly obvious based upon a cursory reading of the First Amendment,” he said.
When it came up for debate in a House Judiciary Committee hearing on Tuesday, H.R. 5 was revealed by two Democrats to be exactly that.
“Chairman [Jerry] Nadler and Julia Beck gave surprising testimonies at today’s House Judiciary Committee hearing confirming that the so-called ‘Equality Act’ has nothing to do with equality,” said Liberty Counsel chairman Mat Staver. “This bill pushes the LGBT agenda on all people and targets Christianity in every area of life – including the church."

  1. Always appreciate your blog posts. A new democrat that has popped up on my radar is a guy named Pete Buttigeig - I would encourage you to do a little research into this guy and watch a few videos of him speaking. I have a sneaking suspicion that the timing of his arrival is yet another puzzle piece falling into place at this time. Not that he's been revealed yet, but you will see many aspects of him that match the clues the bible provides concerning the AC. Would love to hear your opinion
